Biography    
Felix Leiter is one of the CIA's top agents. He was born in San Francisco, California, to a policeman father and French mother. He tried out for the N.Y.P.D but was refused due to fitness issues. He joined the American Secret Service during the cold war, and has worked there ever since. Striking up a useful partnership with 007. Married once to Della Leiter, however she was killed by Drug Baron Franz Sanchez on their wedding night. Leiter himself was brutally tortured and wears his scars of the shark attack still.
