| Little is known about Dr No, as he has been shut away from the public for many years. The unwanted son of a German missionary and Chinese mother. He was brought up in China, when he was old enough he joined the oriental crime syndicate, The Tongs. No became the entrusted treasurer, a position he did not keep as he stole $10million of their funds and joined the terrorist organisation, S.P.E.C.T.R.E. An excellent scientist and one of the most intelligent men in the world. He reclused to an atomic powered research station disguised as a Bauxite mine, on the island of Crab Key. He lost his hands due to an experiment with acid while developing a device of power. He replaced them with metal hands capable of crushing stone. He was killed by 007 who drowned him in a pool of boiling hot radioactive water. | ||||
