| Bill Tanner, second in command to M. He is a quick thinker and he stands in when M is away. A good friend to the 00 Agents and the previous M's. When a serious injury threatened to end his career in the special branch M called in an additional assistant to help her. Once Tanner was back to full health he reprised his Chief of Staff role and took full responsibility while M went to Baku. A clever man with a sense of humour who is vital to the 00 Section. | ||||
